Ultrafast Dynamics at the Nanoscale provides a combined experimental and theoretical insight into the molecular-level investigation of light-induced quantum processes in biological systems and nanostructured (bio)assemblies. Wesentliche Probleme der Verfassungstheorie rühren daher, dass man seit langem dreierlei Dinge vermengt: die Verfassungsordnungen, die Verfassungsstatuten und das Verfassungsrecht. Mit dem Begriff der Verfassungsordnung sind die grundlegenden normativen Strukturen einer politisch geeinten Gemeinschaft gemeint. Als Verfassungsstatut bezeichnet man jenen Text, in dem diese Prinzipien schriftlich fixiert sind. Zum Verfassungsrecht gehören nur solche Normen der Verfassungsordnung und des Verfassungsstatuts, die sich eignen und dazu bestimmt sind, im Falle einer bestrittenen Rechtsbehauptung als richterlicher Entscheidungsmaßstab zu dienen. Historisch betrachtet, gibt es damit nicht nur eine, sondern drei ganz unterschiedliche Verfassungsgeschichten.
